Modification to CRM

We have a CRM system which deals with the sales leads coming into our site. At the moment it tracks the traffic source of the quote requests made on the site. One of the traffic sources it tracks are quote requests via emails we send out. This is done by putting query string into the url of the links from the emails we send out. The only problem is that the emails we send out only have a query string in them to say it is from an email. We would like it so that we can add to this query string which email shot it is and which email list it is from. This information would then show up in the traffic source as an email with the name of the email shot and the email list it is from.
