PHP Blogger Management Platform

I need a custom blogger management platform. The idea of the website will be to combine both a project management platform, with a job/employment type site to be able to connect advertisers with bloggers. There needs to be 3 levels of user, Admin, Advertiser, and Blogger and 2 levels of job management, Campaign and Project. Campaign • What advertisers setup and have bloggers apply to join • Campaign title, client, description, what is being offered, what minimum requirements to undertake (ie a single blog post etc) expected audience, primary objectives of campaign, expected campaign timeframe • Specify steps within the campaign that a blogger can mark as completed so advertiser can track progress, ie, ‘submit blog post plan’, ‘write post’, ‘make blog post live’, ‘share on social media’ etc etc Project • Once a blogger applies to a campaign, and gets accepted, a project will be created under the campaign, that will be specifically between the advertiser and the blogger • The project will contain a commenting style contact to be able to send messages back and forward between advertiser and blogger • This will contain the progress meter setup within campaign setup Admin • Manage advertisers and bloggers accounts, including making edits to their profiles • View all campaigns and projects, including the messages contained within • Summary numbers of total advertisers / bloggers / campaigns / projects • Send out messages to everyone, or individual users, or all users assigned to a project • Approve new advertisers and bloggers and bloggers blogs Advertiser • Create and manage campaigns • View and accept / deny blogger applicants for campaigns • View and manage projects under a campaign • Message the bloggers within projects • Approve blogger submission for completed project • Submit a review for blogger once project is completed Bloggers • Manage their own profile, will be kind of like a resume • Profile will need to include a heap of elements (will be briefed in once accepted) • Setup the blogs they control, with each blog having metrics like blog age, social following (others briefed in once accepted) • View campaigns targeting categories they have blogs setup in • Apply for campaigns and select which blog would be put forward within the application, if they have multiple blogs, multiple applications would be needed • View campaigns that have been applied for, along with whether they are pending / denied • View campaigns that were accepted, and then manage the project • Edit project status so that advertisers can monitor • Comment on the project to provide updates / question advertiser • Mark project as completed for advertiser to review
