There are three logins:
1. admin (admin sets all users - managers and personnel) see attached pdf files for details.
2. manager - view personnel assigned to them and project calendar, documents, training, communications from admin. managers submit a daily report.
3. personnel - view their own specific calendar, set availability for future projects, documents, training, communication from admin. personnel submit a weekly report.
