We need an experienced programmer to build a high quality bulk sms and Whatsapp software for our website and install it on our server. The system could be based on open source and come with: - Dashboard - User Login/Account Management - Add Group - Add contacts - Schedule SMS/whatsapp - Import contacts from CSV/Excel files - Send SMS/whatsapp - SMS/whatsapp tracking - Keywords Management - Report 1. Ability to be installed and accessed via Desktop , Tab or Mobile phone 2. Send Whatsapp texts, images, video up-to 10,000,000 subscriber mobile numbers 3. Ability to upload mobile contacts from Excel , CSV , or txt file 4. Ability to send whatsapp texts, images, video to 10,000,000 users within 30 -120 mins 5. Ability to check mobile number and verify mobile installed with Whatsapp 6. Ability to avoid spam filters from whatsapp servers 7. Full reporting analytics on delivery reports , open rate , click rates, how many phone numbers have whatsapp, how many whatsapp are successfully sent, how many are not sucessfully sent, by source with ability to convert reports to PDF , Excel , CSV 8. Whatsapp texts, images, video supported: text, .jpg, or .mp4, .avi, .mpg, any video formats that supported by Apple or Android) Bidder must be able to prove previous experience of doing similar project.
