Pascal to C# .NET Conversion of Network P2P Software

Conversion of existing peer to peer network file sharing program that enables users to share files including image, audio, video, archives, documents, etc. Current application was developed in Delphi Pascal in early 2005. System is bloated and features have become deprecated. Required is the conversion of current Delphi Pascal project to a C# .Net Application, optionally using a SQL-Lite database if required. First phase of development would consist of porting the network connection modules and the download/upload of archives/files to and from the P2P network. All other features of existing product would be converted at a later date by the same parties if we are satisfied with the finished product.
