PHP/OSC Experienced Programmer?

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced PHP/Oscommcerce programmer. My website is highly customized from Oscommerce and I need someone who is a great coder in PHP as well!! I need someone who is smart enough to write clean/logical code that makes the PHP code run in the best possible way and without wasting resources; someone who can think on their own and doesn't need every little thing explained to them. I need someone who is experienced in writing GOOD mySQL queries; so my website doesn't crash when a PHP process is ran. My website deals with large files that either need to be created or uploaded to my website; so the PHP code/queries need to be written very well! I'm looking to find a good PHP programmer that is available all the time, and someone I can build a long-term business relationship with. I need someone who will always be available on IM. I always have projects that come up, and I would like to work with the same person over & over again; because they understand how the website works. I need the following fixed below: 1. Vendor "price/inventory" upload script crashes the website. 2. Affiliate manager data feed creation is too slow; need to increase speed (better written queries). 3. Change data in 1 data feed under the "Availiablity" column to say "Yes" for all records. 4. Add a progress bar to the data feed creation process; so I can see the progress until it completes. 5. Make the data feed manager create a data feed on ALL the products without crashing the website (better written code). 6. Add a textbox filter to the admin data feed section to "filter by name" the data feeds on server. 7. Add a "save" button to the current list of data feeds so I can download them locally to my computer. 8. Make the following contribution work with my new shipping module application. a.
