Caller ID Spoofing w/ Extras

I would like a caller ID spoof similar to [url removed, login to view] or telespoof.com. I would also like the ability to unmask blocked/anonymous/private numbers/caller ID (similar to [url removed, login to view]), change voice (male and female) during a call to transform voice in real-time, record a call and save it to web server (for example as mp3 file). The features must be accessible via web GUI in the form of a web page (with the required fields) and via phone number that when called will ask for my/real number, number to call, and the spoofed number to display. This will be for personal use ONLY and not for any commercial purpose so no user management or payment system automation of any kind is needed. I would like the service to be completely hosted remotely. There is no limit as to what programming language is used as long as it is supported by the host.
