30081 Freelancer Script Customizatio

Need a programmer who is an expert in customizing freelancer script (Smarter Scripts). Need to do the following customization :- 1) Remove the PMB 2) Bidder messages will be posted in the project page directly, where the last posted message will always appear on the project page for each bidder (visible only to him and the project owner). And the full message communication with the bidder and the project owner can be viewed in button called "View Messages" next to the last posted message. 3) The automatic email which is sent to inform when each message is posted should contain the message itself. and the recipient can hit the reply button to send a reply and the reply will be posted on the project board and also sent to the other member's email address. 4) In the project search page there shd be a checkbox, when enabled it shd automatically send email alert to the project bidder when the search criteria set is met for new projects posted.
