online audio recorder ([login to view URL])

This project is to get a voice recorder in a website. The user must be able to record his voice and store in our database. You can see the application at [url removed, login to view] or evoca.com.

1) The project can be based in open source project that stream voice, record voice, play, rewind, pause, stop

All recorded voice can be stored in the server and each recorded haves it own ID, to be used with mysql/php etc.

2) When user want to record its voice it’s must be like java applet (that can use VOICE recorder API from open source project ([url removed, login to view]), the goal of API can be interfaced with Java applet and optimize the voice record.

3) The programmer can follow this steps :

a) Programmer can choose opensource project and use it Library or class that can stream voice from server to client, also can read voice or sound from Mic and compress it to server website.

b) The server must buffer/stream voice in real time.

c) The programmer must think about a idea to interface flash design (play, record,stop, audio level) with API or third party in open source project.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
