we need to develop a system like [url removed, login to view] (or other similar) that permit to lock an .exe file , generate unique unlock code, and able to release the unlock code automatically after customers payment (for now, only by PayPal), sending it to him. we need an admin panel al least to: 1-send manually codes (in case of system fault and /or crash) 2-revoke each single code released (i.e.: in case of customer refund) 3-check every single code released with customer's data procedure and interface must be more simply as possible, first of all to end-user We like to have the 2 possibilities: 1-system only for our use 2-same of above, plus ability to resell service online so bids must be detailed with a message on board to clarify on what project you'd like to develop Programmers must bid only if already have exprerience on this area.
