Web based applications in PHP, ASPX / C#, Javascript, Jquery or other frameworks.

Able to do basic Database Design/Maintenance in MySQL, Sql Server.

Needing to develop a small multi User System with few different Interfaces. the Goal of this application is to collect data through reading barcode information,stripping data,store it in a database and process Data posting when conditions are satisfied. Also barcoded documents should be scanned and archived. The proposed application will have to process the data and post it to a specific user predefined URLs through its configuration panel.

Configuration/Admin panel will need to be set up with variable needs.
