I would like someone to make a real estate website where the website user can list their real estate listings and any potential buyer can contact the seller of the property. There will be listing and membership fees charged to the property seller. There must be a log-in function and category listings (Houses, Aprartments, Condominiums, Townhouses, Vacant Property, Business Opportunities, etc.). Also, there must be a search function where the user can search by property characteristics, a way for the seller to list their real estate property for sale with or without a description of the property, image loading function, a way for the buyers to contact the property seller, a way for users to manage their account information (such as their contact information, password, listing(s), etc.), a "Featured Property" list, a "Recently Sold" list, a "Closing Soon" list on the front page, a JOIN-UP button for users to sign up for membership which allows the user to put their information and password in. There must also be a function that allows me to collect fees and commissions from the seller and buyer. Also there should be a control panel from which I would be able to activate memberships and suspend or cancel memberships. The website must use PHP and HTMl and be a complete website. There must be no flash use. All copyrights will be mine. I would be willing to pay between US$50.00 and US$100.00.
