Upgrade OpenSRS Api

Wanted: perl gourou work : I need to update a perl script (opensrs api for domain name registration and transfer) Details : The script runs perfectly since ... 1999 ! But since one month the dot fr registry request some more infos : Birth Date, CityDate, ZipCode, and another figures called "SIRET" (similar to US EIN). Without that, the registration or transfer form is denied by the registry So I need to retrieve these infos Actually, the OpenSRS Api is programmed in PHP. The perl programmation is deprecated and OpenSRS technicians do not continue to code in perl. For me, it means redoing all my website.
