EXCEL work and Build a C-program

pleasejust implement the given expression by writing a C-program and also if possible implement the expression in microsoft excel.

and a small mistake in the expression it is in denominator i wrote

t(n+1).. its not that it is t(n-1).

if you could help me in both thats good enough.

and i made a small mistake in the attached document ... the expression contains t(n+1) in denominator but it is not ..... right one is t(n-1). please read carefully this note.
