PSD 2 Drupal site with admin panel (CMS)

Hi, we need the attached psds cut to a full blown Drupal site with admin panel and paypal integration. The site will need to be setup with the latest version of Drupal. We need the following functionality inluded: ubercart, cck, views, webform, simplenews, signup, nice menu, token, pathauto and the Drupal equivalent of this Magento module [[login to view URL]][1] - A multi channel module that uploads products straight to ebay Also, need to edit/manage blocks/banners. We need the full site up and running very quickly and you will also need to give us a brief explanation on how the cart works as we will then be looking to have all our sites done using this cart.
