Parse a datafile

The purpose of this project is to write a routine that will parse a multi-line record related to a real estate transaction. I will provide 5 sample records, as well as a template describing the format for each field. The desired output will be an array of hashes, one hash for each record, with all the values found in that record as values in that hash. The code must be in python or ruby.
