Help me Setup IDE, PHP Debug on my Dev server & local comp.

Hello, This is an easy project. Really you will just need to give me information, and perhaps maximum of 1 hour more to help me setup software, and some basic training. Please send me a PM to briefly explain your experience with Joomla Debugging, OR PHP Debugging, and the proposed setup you will help me install - tell me which IDE you will use, etc. I program Joomla! (PHP) but I need a good DEBUG environment set up that works with my DEV server and also my local computer where I work. Solutions include various ECLIPSE software and other IDE software. If you have your own Joomla DEBUG environment set up, then this project is for you! This project will be complete when you have helped me do the following: 1. Setup a PHP Debug environment - with an IDE software - that works with my MAC computer. 2. The IDE should connect to my Development server, allowing code execution on the server. 3. This will include the IDE software that you propose, installed on my MAC, and a connection to my development server allowing me to debug directly on the server (optional). 4. Debugging on my local computer (MAC) is a must. 5. BONUS: you will be awarded this project if you can also turn on a good version -control system like GIT that allows me to push changes to my DEV server. This comes standard in many IDE software programs, and would be 20 more minutes of work. Note: Debug should work for the Joomla! public AND admin files, including code execution, traceability, break points, etc. THANK YOU for your bid - this should be a very easy project if you have experience with Joomla debugging and PHP debugging.
