Open links within PDF document to open in new window

We have PDF documents which contain link to other PDF documents or URLs. We load the PDF via the browser like: [login to view URL] Now, when we click on the link in the PDF that open in the browser, it opens the links in the same window. This project is to make the PDF open the links in new window. And then tell us how you achieve this, so we can do this ourself. Love, Angelo
