fsrevolution template modifications

I need a programmer skilled in PHP and familiar with the Smarty template engine to integrate my new design. The script I am using, FSRevolution, is already templated using Smarty but I need someone familiar with it to integrate my new design. I have the design ready in psd files. I just need someone to cut, code & integrate the design. Also you need to know css pretty well since thats where you will make most adjustments as the script is encrypted and nothing can be changed. You MUST HAVE prior experience with Smarty Template Engine, CSS, as well as FSRevolution script.
