php script changes: email notification and 2 more changes

Hey mates! we use this ranking tool to track webiste ranking performance: [login to view URL] we need some little new functionally which is: - email notification if ranking reaches top 10, top 3 and no 1 for the first time (email array to which it is send can be hardcoded). it also should notify if a jump with more than 50 places occurs - ranking graph should be upside down - on the ranking overview there is a little image linking to the ranking history graph (it is a little "i"). the alt / tittle attribute of this image should be the url which has been found in the ranking. this url is already saved. it must just be read and placed there for now that is all. if you work good, we might do some bigger changes (replace graph, multi user etc)
