We require an experienced professional in link building and SEO to enhance traffic to our new site. External links must come from strictly PR2+ page locations and must be inbound, static, permanent links. All external Links must be readable by Search Engine Bots (Do -not- place these links within iframes). Page Rank Value must be transferred to our site (external links with no-follow property values don't count). All of the links to our domain must be manually submitted. We do not want any software or bots which automate the process and could potentially have our domain banned/black listed. We do not want mirror sites, link farms, spam sites, orphaned pages Which are not indexed by any search engines, web rings, cloaked pages, pages with 301 redirects, FFA or framed pages linking to our domain. The external links should be Static pages with Redirects in place, Scraper, Mirror, or Cloaked sites or anything banned by Google or Yahoo. These links should be permanent and last at least for one year. ANY practice which may be considered “Black Hat” by Google should be avoided. Online directories are fine so long as they're being moderated manually by a human(editorial oversight). Will also be responsible for submission of content to social networking sites. About our site: 1. The Front page currently has the highest Google Page Rank of 4 2. Our site consists of a few hundred pages, each served through a Joomla CMS which queries them from our database. These are non-static pages. 3. We use three analytical tools to monitor traffic to our site. These include Awstats, Webalizer, and Google Analytics 4. Our CSS and HTML are “not” completely w3c compliant. You'll be more than welcome to optimize any style sheets within the site. You can optimize the html as well, however a background in development may/may not be required for some changes. 5. We currently have a 3rd party Joomla component in place which generate Sitemaps for all of our content. Submissions have been made to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. 6. Meta tags are appended to each content item by the Joomla CMS. Any content items with missing tags will be visible via the backend. 7. Most of our sites return an SEO score greater than 95% on [login to view URL], however the relevancy of our keywords can definitely be improved.
