500345 Login Script

I need a VB script to achieve the following: • Create a PPTP connection (if connection does not already exist) to a Windows Server, using an existing Internet Connection a. User will be prompted for Username, Password (must be blanked out) & Domain. Domain will have a default value but may be overwritten by the user b. Upon successful connection, map (SMB) drives depending on Active Directory Group Membership Script must: • Run on Windows XP, Vista & Window 7 without requiring administrative privileges. Ii is OK if the user is presented with A UAC message on Vista and Win 7 • Use variables as much as possible and for the following: Domain, LDAP server, Drive Letter, Drive mapping Path, AD Group Name • Present a dialogue box to the user after a period of inactivity (30 Mins) asking them is they wish to remain connected. If no response within 5 Minutes then disconnect. • Script must not impact performance of machine • User's Password must not be visible during entry • Script must be well documented and include good error handling Also need a similar script that would run on Apple Mac
