Custom order export / stock status / pricing file for ZenCart

We require custom order export / stock status / pricing files for ZenCart. We would like our online shop to get its stock and pricing info from a spreadsheet on the server that we would modify daily. This would simply be a 3 column sheet with product code, stock status (Y or N), and the price. This will need to allow us to add additional items to it, so that when we add new items via the ZenCart admin, it will get its stock and price info from the spreadsheet. We also want all orders to be written to a spreadsheet on the server that would then get emailed to us each day. The spreadsheet is in a very specific format (see attached file). If a customer orders more than one item in one transaction, then a new line is used for each item ordered, but would share the same order ID. The spreadsheet will need to be automatically wiped/reset after it has emailed the latest one. A back-up copy of each order spreadsheet should be saved automatically in a backup file. Looking to get an idea of feasibility and cost for this. There is huge potential for recurring work for the right candidate.
