481555 Zen-Cart Car Dealer Inventory Template / site

We need a Zen-Cart template / site that will work with the latest version 1.3.9h and we will need the following features to start with. We already have hosting and version 1.3.9h installed on our server. Please dont bid if you can't complete these requests in a timely manner. 1. must sign up and wait for manual approval to gain access to pricing. (no automatic email confirmation account setup) this can currently be accomplished in zen-cart admin under configuration, customer details, customer shop status. 2. need a wysiwyg tool in the admin section that will allow admin to add clipart and html text to vehicle description on an individual basis. See link below for sample layout. 3. Would like an easy way to add vehicles, possibly a data feed from our dealers inventory system. Most dealers websites are automatically updated nightly by a zip file containing data and photos being sent FTP and a process being run that would unzip the file and place information and photos in their appropriate place. Another possibility is manually import a .csv file that would post to sites inventory we could the manually add photos via #5. 4. would need ability to remove/mark vehicles sold, I think this is already a part of zen-cart, buyer after being approved to shop and logging in could add vehicles to his shopping cart, checkout button would not require payment only used to remove vehicles from inventory and send confirmation to us and buyer of their purchase. 5. need to add multiple photos at once by selecting vehicle then selecting add photos also need a wysiwyg tool that will allow admin to add clipart and html text to photos as overlay (would need ability to change overlay on photos) 6. inventory must include: Stock, VIN#, Make, Model, Trim, year, Mileage, exterior Color, interior color, Price A, price B, Features, options, Condition; will need to allow wysiwyg to edit this field. This will be an ongoing project and will need someone who can get this done in a timely manner and be available to make changes and add additional features on a regular basis.
