Need a program to scrape listing contents from my Ebay Store.

I'm in need of a Windows Vista program or PHP script that can scrape [login to view URL] and save the data pulled from auction listings to an Excel .XLS file. I want to copy my listings from [login to view URL] and upload them to an e-commerce website based on Opencart. The easiest way to do this would be to scrape the listings in their entirety from Ebay and save them in an Excel file in a format compatible with Opencart. Everything must be scraped and stored. The Categories, Item Descriptions, Photos, etc ... The attached .XLS file contains an example of the proper Opencart format. Be aware that it contains multiple tabs.
