I have an existing web application and now need to have several reports written. All reports take the same format as follows: 1. Input Form where the criteria for the report is entered. 2. MySQL Query/s to pull report data from database 3. Report format - layout of the final report 4. Display on screen - HTML 5. Save to Excel 6. Save to PDF I will provide: 1. Inputs for the report 2. Query for the report data 3. Report Format You are to provide the following for each report where xxx will reference the report. 1. [login to view URL] for the inputs 2. [login to view URL] – for screen display 3. [login to view URL] – for excel 4. [login to view URL] – for pdf I estimate that there are about 20-25 report and am looking at around 50 USD per report. The challenge is time. I need 5 reports completed per day. Payment will be released as the report is finished. I will award projects in batches of 5 reports so you may get 4 or 5 projects or only 1.
