educational flash files''games''

I need for a cdrom program to be made to flash files or that if you this off a better programming Language than flash tell me I need it to run on the internet with out being to large to download and I will also have the possibility off making it to a cd so that it can run on the computer without the internet..

I will also need the program to be made different so that it will not break any copyright rules.

The program is in Arabic and is in 5 parts. Then every part is in many small parts.

I will upload a copy of the cd to the coder.

The 5 parts are to be as separate flash files and they are connected to one menu to choose what chapter.

This should not be hard for a good flash programmer. It has to come with and explanation how I change the flash files.

If the coder does a good job I will have many similar program. I also need educational games.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
