Make a wsdl using Yii.

We currently use nusoap to create our wsdl but we have read that it is possible to do it right in yii. We currently have a nusoap wsdl with around 40 calls in it. We would like it to be recreated entirely in yii using their soap libraries. We are also looking for someone good with yii for around 20 hours a week. Please let us know if this is something you would also be interested in when bidding.
