Design Memory Card Finder for website

Hello, We need a memory card finder designed for our website. We already have the database of devices, we need this integrated into our website using mysql, php and HTML. The project involves accessing data from our mySQL server and returning it in the form of a webpage that displays the correct memory card for a certain device. When the webpage is displayed it should show the relevent category in our store for the correct type of memory card. Also we need two image carousels installed on the homepage to display featured products and best selling products. All code and images for the carousel we already have. We just need it set up on the homepage. Only bid on this project if you have good experience with SQL, PHP html, magento. A full understanding on the project is essential.
