Freelance type web page for specific market - repost

I would like to have a web page developed similar to Freelancer but specifically for entertainment market. Entertainers (singers, bands, dj's etc.) and people looking for entertainment. We will refer to what you would call a freelancer as a contractor and to the person posting the job as the customer. "As a site focused on facilitating transaction of contractors providing entertainment services to customers, the primary difference between Freelancer and my site is the time sensitive nature of the jobs. Contractors listed on our site will include singers, dancers, bands, magicians, comedians, hosts, dj's, impersonators etc.. THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE On posting a job a customer should have a pop up calendar to select the date of the event as well as the option to select start and end times. As with Freelancer the customer will have filter options for required expertise ie: weddings dj specialist, corporate functions, must etc.. THE CONTRACTOR'S PROFILE (There are two levels of contractor...explanation below) The profile of a contractor from his/her view should have the following. -A view calendar option which should allow him/her to clearly see his bookings and availability. A contractor should have the ability to manually block out time on his calendar as unavailable while adding supporting notes. -Once a customer accepts a contractors bid the contractors calendar should automatically mark the relevant time period as unavailable. -The ability to link profiles. This option is only available to master contractors. A master contractor is a contractor who will have the ability to link his profile with others contractors. The link option is put in place to allow a master contractor to administer the work of several contractors contractually signed to his company. An example of this is a dj service provider who has several dj's working for his company. In the link scenario all dj's would have individual contractor profiles which the master contractor would have access to. Initiating of a link can come in two ways. a regular contractor can make a request to link with a master contractor. Once a master contractor accepts the link invitation the regular contractor would lose certain control of his own profile as administered by the master contractor. Alternatively a master contractor can send an invitation to a regular contractor and once accepted again the regular contractor would give up certain control of his profile. -View the profiles of linked regular contractors. This option is available only to master contractors (read explanation above) -View master calendar. This option is available only to master contractors. (read explanation above) A master calendar should allow a master contractor to view calendar and easily see how many bookings he has per day and how many more he can entertain based on his number of contractors. PAYMENTS -Payments for jobs can be collected by the operator or made directly to the contractors account based on contractors account options and directing purchase details to the payment process of the contractor along with their merchant numbers.
