Geoparks

I am looking to create a website that has geo-parks as its content. There are many sites for reference: [login to view URL] gives a lot of information on European ones [login to view URL] is a world-wide list. What is needed is: a) Creative Design b) Admin system for content. c) Good quality original content to be written on each place and relevant photos. d) Design should allow for adverts to be placed (PPC) from Google etc. e) No library or templated sites please. I would like an original site. Mock up proposal accepted, but not paid for. f) Winner must have a history of web design and content management. g) All content pages to be SEO friendly with page extensions text based (eg. [login to view URL]) No particular preference for site technology but php preferred.
