Getting a job easilly

Hi, I'm looking for a Job portal, which is ready made to customise straightaway and make it live. Please don't come up with any development requests. I'm open to buy any templates which can speed up things. I'm looking for the following features; * Login for Candidates, Employers and Admin (ourself) * Candidate to browse jobs (by type, distance, job type etc) * Display in summary, click to details * Apply for the jobs * Upload CV, save and edit information (While uploading CV, with customise form to capture the details) * Employers to post the jobs and look the applications * Comment and save the profiles Development & Support to include; * Providing / Sourcing the right template * Logo & name creation * Customisation * Content gathering and support * Installing, testing and make it live * On-going support and maintenance for any minor change requests. I'm looking for some one to take complete responsibility and support long term. Don't just respond to waste time.
