Help with design and creat 2 moduls

HI I got this site in wordpress: [login to view URL] It is a site that is suppos to buy gold, you can see how i whant it in the attach file "[login to view URL]"and how it looks now in the site. In the other Attached file "[login to view URL]" i have marked what i need done with number and now i gone explain what it is. 1. There i need to attach a form, got a plugin but dont know how to get it there. I need some text writed there and also a clock that count down the houers, min and sec. (it is a clock that count down when the store close) you can look here how i whant it to look at: [login to view URL] on the top of the site. (1 on the "[login to view URL]") 2. "what is your gold wort?" it is a module i only have a image on my site right now. it is a module where you can drag the button and count what your gold is worth. you can see how it works on [login to view URL] (2 on the "[login to view URL]") 3. "current gold price" it is a module that only are a image on my site now. it is a moduel where u can see for exampel how mutch 18k i worth you can see it live on [login to view URL] (3 on the "[login to view URL]") I need a simple way to change what gold is worth, so that the modules change with it.
