HTML / PHP website work

I need people who can design and make professional eBook selling website, PayPal buy now button embedded. Here is a sample site you can use as a reference, [login to view URL] Please notice do not copy any of the images and contents of this sample site, that is, I want you to design the site from scratch, the layout can be similar to this site though. This website can be written in either HTML or PHP, (prefer PHP) The site should be Google ad sense embedded You need to find the relevant articles to fill out the content of the website, I can also provide some useful information and resources as well. I prefer you to write the code by hand instead of using tools since it is much easier for me to read and edit, if you are making web pages using tools like Dreamweaver or Frontpage, please make sure you wrote the code clear and easy to edit. Please Bid only if you can follow my guidelines: 1. Be able to communicate with me on MSN. 2. This design must be exclusive, that means you can not offer this design to anybody else. 3. Please attach some of your previous related works so that I can make sure you are capable to do the job and know you got the right idea. 4. Please be specific how are you gonna do the work and how long it gonna take for you to complete the work. This is not a complicated website, no database or any fancy function involved, my budget is $50 - $200 for it.
