258318 Image Hosting Script

I am looking for a script that works like this [login to view URL] 1. It must auto-generate thumbnails. (See site) 2. It must have my OpenX ad management integrated on full sized picture 3. Must provide HTML-Code, BB-Code, Removal-codes 4. Users MUST REGISTER to use the service. 5. Advertiser, stats tracking, built in. I want a stats or tracking built in so I/advertisers can easily see the network volume, ads, UV, etc (if possible). Please make sure you have tested, and reviewed, the site before you post, or make comments, or contact. I am not interested in generic resumes, and wasting my time with people who did not put in the time to review the project and specs. I use UNIX servers. So do not quote me any programming language, that involves a Windows server.
