We need to get some changes made to an existing Wordpress Web template

We need to launch our new website as soon as we can. The person who was doing this has left and as I am new to Wordpress I am having trouble making changes to the HTML (I am no expert) to make changes to our template theme - Showroom and the associated Quake Slider. I have got my head around the front end and can run that ok, but need professional help with the HTML etc. I have taken a screen shot of each page and combined them in a single PDF file, Each page has comments on it as to what we'd like to change. I guess I need to find out if these changes are firstly feasible, secondly how much it will all cost and lastly how long it would all take to do, as I might need to prioritise changes into what has to be done now and what could be done later
