osCommerce website done quickly

I had someone selected to do an osCommerce project for me. I have the graphic template and list of additional features already. I have programmed for about 10 years and I think it will take 35-50 hours to do the work. This depends on how good you are. The project needs to be completed December 2. I need someone to start immediately. You will have to work fast :-). Sorry for last minute job but if you're a good programmer you might get it done on time. Here are a few requirements 1) Must speak English. Doesn't have to be perfect but easy to converse. 2) Need PHP, MySQL and previous osCommerce experience 3) 5+ years of PHP 4) Must be willing to work during USA time. This is non-negotiable. These projects are always weird and have extra things popping up at the last minute. I am going to post a budget but I would like someone to work by the hour. I can pay USD $8 per hour.
