308113 Political/Economic Simulation

I want a website very similar to http://classic.particracy.net. You will probably need to register and play it for a little while to figure out exactly what the job will consist of. It needs to be done in PHP w/a MySQL database. Remember, this will involve things like coming up with a realistic election algorithm, world map, slowly-changing ideologies of the people, etc. If you think that you can do a really good job, then I would be willing to pay quite a bit more to implement all of the new features that I have planned.
