Looking for a website where user can rate doctors and put comments . something like www.lekar.sk. This webiste is from Slovakia and its in Yii Framework. I am not a beginner but dont know how to start. Just looking for somebody who can make the skeleton of the website and database. HTML and styles i can do it. It can be done in some PHP framework or .NET MVC3 , maybe in something different if you have a good idea. I dont have big budget so let me know please. Thanks Mike
