Redesign needed for PHP website...

Hi There - I have a client who has an older looking outdated website. They need a new design created that will fit her current database. Because of the custom nature of the php/business listing site, we have to make sure certain components of the site stay the same. She liked the logo, top banner location area, and she wants the ad space on the right to remain where it is. Also - the center area where the database search is must remain the same. I am not a real designer, so I thought I would leave the next design of the site to a designer. I can give you the PSD for this attached file if you'd like, although the colors and overall look should be different. The demographic/target market is minority (african american) businesses. Your task is to create a new version of the page - use your own creativity, while following these specs as best as you can. I need a slightly color modified version for the second ebiz site mentioned above. Please build in a few hours of revisions and tweaks to your quote in case the client wants changes.
