Seeking a flex or flash programmer

Hello people, I am looking for a coder/programmer that will work on adding group video calling to a website I run. The website is [login to view URL] and it is a video chat website where you can video call friends , meet people and more. So I am looking for you to add a particular feature which is group video calling. My website currently allows users to call their friends if they are in their friendlist, however one-on-one calls. I want you to build the possibility to add more than one person to a video call so that it creates group video calls. I'll give you the source code of the website so you can work on the group video calling. The website is coded in flex and it uses the cirrus server for streaming.
