I need to build a new website for my Insurance Brokerage. I need everything done! Design, Layout, CRM development and some custom programming. I currently use two separate programs in my operation and my website will need to communicate with these. One is a Quotation program called Compu-Quote. Which will be available on my site for people to quote themselves. We want a feature that allows our clients to re shop their policies whenever they choose. They will access this feature on their customer hub section of our website. So some customization to be able to access the saved quote and re submit it to compu-quote to get re shopped. Our commercial accounts will just verify the info that has been saved on forms and re submit it to the under writers for each company we sell for. The second is Power-Broker and is our database we use for managing customers. I want to build a online customer section on the site so customers can log on and see their policies. They will also request changes to their policies, which will be submitted to my office staff so they can physically make the change. The customer hub needs to pull the data off of power broker to display for them. It does not need to speak back all changes will be made manually. I am building a virtual direct sales team focusing on Commercial accounts. I need my crm to be focused on sales management and automation follow up features. I have no idea which company or product to use. Our power broker software has a automatic download every night to integrate with what the insurance companies have on their system. We have considered getting rid of Power Broker all together depending on what crm we find and if it can handle the volume we need. Along with all the programming i need an expert on internet marketing and the site needs to get TRAFFIC!! I can handle all the leads I can get so i need the design and layout done right. I have a logo but need to brand it. Help me develop the GEICO of Canada!
