tweak my website

I have a website which primarily consists of music videos. It has been in production for way too long (launch date was supposed to be July 2014). I have concluded that I cannot continue going back and forth with my current programmer testing and re-testing browser compatibility. I am trying to get everything working to my satisfaction but I don't think it can happen with the existing process. I recently migrated to VPS when I thought I was ready to go live, but problems still exist. I need the following 2 issues fixed asap. [login to view URL] compatibility: website and videos must work on popular browsers, big 5 and mobile. User needs to get a message if using an outdated browser. Fallback to Flash may need to be addressed. Of the videos that play, one video not loading properly. Videos are using HTML5. I provide the videos in required formats. I need this fully tested and I do not want to test it myself until it's working flawlessly. [login to view URL]: Certificate is installed but still getting warnings in some browsers (ie. firefox and android.. ??) And 3. I need to work with someone who is not going to take a day or more to reply to me regarding fixes of any unforeseen issues. And someone who can continue to work with me on known tweaks and further upgrades/updates. We can do fixed price to start and then hourly after initial fix or whatever works.
