User submission and membership system PHP/MySQL

Hi there, I need a user based submission website. I need the user to visit the website, register, have their own profile page (Upload image, contact details, bio, website etc) and can view other members profile pages and submissions. They can also add other peoples submissions to their favourites so they can view again later etc? It's a sort of Tutorial submission system, very similar! It is quite a feature rich system, I have a full plan of what I want. The system also needs to have good security also against hacking. Good luck to bidders!
