Want wordpress programer for customer footer widget

The last person I hired couldn't get the job done. I need a custom footer widget to be programmed into my sites. the widget will have 3 evenly spaced columns with the last column on the right 2 smaller columns for links. I want my footer to look simliar to the one found at [login to view URL] show me other footers you have done. this must be a widget so i can drag in my plugins. You must be able to make it fit into my theme. only pays $30 since it's easy. I don't want a team, you must show samples you have done. must be done within 24 hours.
