Website development URGENT

Hello, I need somebody to develop a 5 page presentation website. (html/java script/php) I need to add a skype call button and for one page there will be items highlighted on scroll over, and on click they open a large picture. Also i will need a contact form. I dont need an admin interface but i do need the site to be completed by within 12 hrs. (i will be online via skype for support) I need somebody that has attention to detail, knows english, and is able to deliver on time. I will be online during the entire process.
