I am looking for a freelancer to help me with Bullhorn Rest API integration for a simple recruitment website that is primarily based in HTML, CSS and Javascript. Essentially I require a sign up form for applicants to upload their Curriculum Vitaes/Resumes and contact information, and for this to be transmitted to Bullhorn and the uploaded documents to be parsed (via Bullhorns software) - thus creating a complete data entry in the Bullhorn database. Functionality Requirements: 1. Create a 'Sign Up Form' that incorporates several fields (e.g. name, contact, 'What jobs are you interested in' and 'Where do you want to work' and also 'upload/attach' PDF/Doc for Curriculum Vitaes. 2. All data/completed applications need to be transmitted to Bullhorn using the REST API, resulting in a new data entry on the Bullhorn Database system - this includes attached PDF's being parsed within Bullhorn. See developer site for how best to implement this. 3. A daily cron grab (or other suitable solution) to transmit information to Bullhorn in a reliable manner (we expect high volume applications) Please include in your proposal: 1. Your understanding of the brief/project requirements 2. Any experience with Bullhorn Integration (this is a major advantage) 3. What web programming languages you expect to use. 4. An estimate time for completion and the earliest date you could start. Additional information on the API can be found at [login to view URL] and please note there is no preference on what programming languages are used to achieve the above goals e.g. HTML, PHP, JSON or .NET etc. Upon successful completion there is the possibility of future work and modifications, such as importing job board listings or a job search function.

HI, i can help you with this. I've worked with many Apis such as bulhorn, but never with that. This task can be accomplished by using php as backend programming language with SOAP functions to query the api , and for front end, html/js/ajax. You don't need a chron job to submit the cv's , only a form that is connected to that api. I can start today or tomorrow, and finish in ~3days.

Please read my proposal and send me message if any question. Thank you for your time. I never work before with bullhorn but I have big experience to work with recruitment companies. Recommendation available on request. 1. Sign Up Form can be done using HTML/CSS/AJAX. All fields we need to identify person they have to enter manually. Like EMAIL/PHONE... And attach DOC/PDF with additional information you need. 2. All information stored in database. Applicant will be notified by email about "your resume in our database. thx" 3. By cron the system can automatically process using bullhorn all attached documents. I checked Bullhorn REST API documentation it's possible. It's save a lot of time. 4. But because DOC/PDF can consist any information we need verification for all information entered in database by Bullhorn. It's possible because Bullhorn provide special option -populateDescription=text to get original text. This can be done using Bullhorn interface or we can develop validator. I'm not sure. It's up to you. If we need build all validation forms it will increase cost. 5. We can remove all info about applicant from server because it saved in Bullhorn database but we need to save at least EMAIL to prevent duplicate registration. 6. PHP/MYSQL/AJAX/HTML/CSS 7. I can start in 3-4 days after the compete developer guide where will be noticed all tasks and milestones. Because it has some undefined requirements. Hope to get feedback message from you.
