I need an Educational Website made. I have the designs - however I want them all functioning correctly. The FRONT page: Will NOT be in flash, but it will have some sort of movement on it - You need to be able to make each image on the front page change into a different image when you scroll over it. There will be about 6 other pages with content. The intricate part of the website is the Tutor Student Connect - This is like an intranet for students, teachers and parents to interact. Each user must be able to see their teacher's work, send messages, and the tutor must be able to log what they did for that lesson, share files - AN INTRANET. Please only bid if you are very skilled at creating an intranet of this sort. Show me examples when you bid of how you have created something like this and what it will look like. Thanks!
