541173 Weighted Toplist w/ Admin

This is an adult company - so nudity and adult content will be required. If offended, please do not bid. We are looking for a website that will be a listing site for phone sex companies. Would be used to advertise our websites plus allow for link trades with other services. Site would be a simple set up - categories and banners. Each category would have the top 3 sites with their banners appearing - the rest of the listings would be text links and descriptions. Need an admin control panel that is simple to use where we can choose which sites are the top 3 - and the positioning of the other sites that join. Would need a sign up form as well. Would need to be as automated as possible. Really just need the scripts written and a site designed around it - including a banner for link trades, and html coding along the sides of the site and at the bottom for juicyads to allow others to advertise on the site via juicy ads (we will provide code for you to place on site). Need everything from the ground up - script, admin, banner, and site built around the site. Pay via escrow.
