ZENCART Template and Simple Mods

This work needs to be finished today. Designer has vanished. Need a PSD converted to a Zen template and a few simple mods. Need done today. Bids of $100 or less highly recommended. The main bulk of the work I require is to have my PSD design converted to a Zen Cart template. I require the site template to be created from the supplied PSD file All artwork will be created by us, therefore you do not need to create any yourself. I am outsourcing this project due to current work commitments, however will be able to assist with whatever is needed. Site should validate if possible to W3C and CSS etc.. Please could you send me some links of similar work completed before.
